Job Description

  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen Windows Client Landschaft (3500+ Clients, ca. 50 Standorte) mit den dazugehörigen Technologien (wie z.B. Windows 10, Active Directory & Azure AD, GPO’s, Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Windows Analytics)
  • Planung und Durchführung von globalen Software Rollout Projekten
  • Durchführung technischer Fehleranalysen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den IT Ansprechpartnern unserer weltweiten Landesgesellschaften
  • Überführung von Incidents in das Problemmanagement, Starten von Lösungsinitiativen inkl. Koordination und Dokumentation in unserem ITSM System
  • regelmäßige Kommunikation zu unseren externen Support-Partnern
  • Unterstützung unserer weltweiten Kollegen in allen Fragen rund um den Betrieb, die Provisionierung und De-Provisionierung im Rahmen des Client-Lifecycles
  • Mitarbeit in unserem Office 365 Einführungsprojekt in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachteams und Stakeholdern im Business
  • Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unser globalen Client Hardware Roadmap

Qualifications

  • Sie haben ein Fachhochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt IT erfolgreich abgeschlossen, alternativ eine abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung
  • Sie blicken auf eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Client Management zurück, idealerweise in global ausgerichteten IT Landschaften
  • Sie haben tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows, SCCM / Intune, Paketierung, Power-Shell Skripting sowie Verteilung von Betriebssystemen und Applikationen in globalen Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowohl mit agilen als auch klassischen Methodiken
  • Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis für logische Zusammenhänge und ein analytisches Denkvermögen. Darüber hinaus eine strukturierte, und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine stark ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Hohe Ergebnisorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Von Vorteil sind Qualifikationen wie z.B. Microsoft MCSA / MCSE sowie ITIL Zertifizierungen
