Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den AGRAVIS Workplace – von Soft- bis Hardware – und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
  • Du bearbeitest Incidents und Service Requests im 2nd-Level-Support und findest praxisnahe Lösungen für unsere Anwender:innen.
  • Im Endgeräte-LifeCycle-Management für Notebooks, Smartphones und Drucker wirkst du aktiv mit und gestaltest die Prozesse mit.
  • Du planst, betreibst und entwickelst unsere Verwaltungsplattform Microsoft Intune kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Die Paketierung von Software mit PSADT sowie das Deployment über Intune gehören ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich wie die Verwaltung von Endgeräten durch Intune für Windows 11, Android und iOS.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine informationstechnische Ausbildung oder ein Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik abgeschlossen und bringst Erfahrung als IT-, Netzwerk- oder Systemadministrator:in mit.
  • Im Umgang mit aktuellen Betriebssystemen wie Windows 11, Android und iOS sowie mit Microsoft 365 und gängiger Anwendungssoftware fühlst du dich sicher.
  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Intune und Entra ID – idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in der Software-Paketierung.
  • IT-Technologien wie Autopilot, ABM oder PowerShell sind dir vertraut, und du hast Interesse an modernen Workplace-Lösungen.
