Role Summary & Role Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to support and implement ServiceNow solutions for [Sourcing & Procurement Operations | Hardware and Software Asset Lifecycle ] as well as design, build, and customize platform applications. In this role, you will be a member of a geographically distributed team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. This position requires technical development expertise and strong knowledge of the baseline ServiceNow module capabilities to ensure the smooth operation and continual enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Platform Development: · Deliver business application needs while preserving baseline functionality with customization and extension of the platform modules. · Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services. · Refactor Assist ServiceNow business Drive the adoption and utilization of ServiceNow services across the organization, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Service Delivery and Issue Resolution: · Assists ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed. · Provides mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators. · Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion.
