Description A full or part-time position that reports directly to the Regional Property Manager. The job includes, but is not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers. As a part of the on-site team, you will ensure a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard free environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete. Assists Maintenance Technician with repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry or wall repair, and minor plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, etc. Assists with cleaning of units during turnover process as directed by the Regional Property Manager. Maintains grounds and common areas, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, trash pickup. Provides on-call maintenance service as directed by the Area Manager. Responds to emergencies as instructed and completes incident/accident reports related to emergency or incident. Maintains property maintenance logs and inventory of supplies and equipment. Advises the Regional Property Manager on the overall condition of the property. Complete Purchase Order for Request, code invoices in a timely and accurate manor for approval. Ability to take direction from the supervisor Ability to use a computer for web access, word documents, and excel spreadsheets Ability to read, write, do basic math and follow instructions Ability to lift, push, pull, climb, and extensive walking.
