Overview Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers Microsoft's cloud services. As a Control System Engineer in the CTO Office of CO+I, you will be responsible for developing new innovative solutions for Microsoft's data centers including operations technology, automation systems, cooling infrastructure and infrastructure systems. You will work closely with other engineers and customers to design, prototype, test, and deliver high-quality and reliable solutions that meet the performance, efficiency, and scalability requirements of Microsoft's cloud services. Troubleshoot and optimize control systems based on performance feedback. Document and maintain control system specifications and designs. Hardware Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
