Job title: Academic Advisor Location: Yigo, Guam 96929 Travel : N/A Duties : The applicant shall conduct follow-up and outreach activities (phone calls, emails, outreach), to encourage individual students in meeting their educational objectives. The applicant shall prepare all necessary correspondence and forms while maintaining related records and logs required to support all aspects of job tasks. The applicant shall conduct goal analysis and log all counseling sessions and keep a record. The applicant shall prepare and conduct briefings as required. The applicant shall update student resources to ensure compliance with current directives, guidance and policy. The applicant shall sort and disseminate graduate certificates for each graduation.
