This position drives enablement, optimization and oversight of Financial Accounting and Operations for large-scale AI partnership. Responsibilities Drive successful enablement and execution of complex large-scale AI Partnership. Acts as subject matter expert for contract terms and deal finance and accounting operations. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Manage and oversee comprehensive end-to-end deal and program processes and deliverables execution through engagement with internal and external stakeholders. Drive collaboration and accountability across various teams including: Finance, Accounting, Operations, Business Development, Engineering, Compliance and other partners. Facilitate to resolve complex issues. Create alignment between business stakeholders and influence leadership decision-making of complex scenarios. Understand the interconnections between data and processes and conceptualize and design new approaches to finance and accounting processes. Drive improvements through automation. Ensure controls are implemented and data security practices are adhered to. Ensure partnership is compliantly operationalized in accordance with MS Policies, GAAP and SOX.
