Serve as a strategic partner to Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Engineering, Tax, and Trade teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk posture. Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders to drive timely contract development, review, and execution ensuring alignment with approved legal frameworks, commercial terms, and internal policies. Manage contract structures, templates, help drive standardization, efficiency, and consistency across agreements. Support Supplier engagement and negotiations, partnering with sourcing teams to advance commercial discussions and resolve contractual issues. Route contracts through internal contract management tools and approval workflows, ensuring proper reviews, approvals, and auditability.
