Responsibilities Own end-to-end design execution for moderately complex product areas, from problem definition through high-fidelity design, prototyping, and delivery, with minimal oversight. Leverage frontier AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content generation etc.) to improve the speed, quality, and impact of design outcomes. Create and test prototypes (low- to high-fidelity) to validate concepts, de-risk decisions, and clearly communicate intent to partners and stakeholders. Craft compelling design narratives that clearly articulate the WHAT, WHY, and HOW, connecting design decisions to user needs and business outcomes.
