We are TV Plus, a successful, established TV production company in the heart of Hanover. Among other

things, we are responsible for and produce the popular live show "BINGO! - The Environmental Lottery," which reaches over 300,000 viewers every Sunday (NDR, 5:00 PM). Since January 2026, we have been part of the TVN Group and thus also part of the MADSACK Media Group. TV Plus GmbH is looking to fill a position as soon as possible.

Head of Marketing & Profit Management (m/f/d)

Full-time, permanent position at the Hanover location.

Your tasks

As Head of Marketing – affectionately known internally as the "Lucky Department" – you are the driving force behind the coveted prizes of "BINGO!".

You combine strategic thinking with operational implementation, from the initial creative prize idea to handing it over to beaming winners.

After a structured onboarding process, you will gradually take on more responsibility and further develop the department. Specifically, your tasks will include:

• Attractive prizes – from trips and e-bikes to shopping vouchers – are researched, purchased and coordinated by you.
• Together with internal and external partners, you develop creative profit concepts and implement them successfully.
• You conduct price negotiations independently and keep track of budgets, deadlines and availability at all times.
• In close coordination with the editorial team, production department and client, you will coordinate the preparation and follow-up of our broadcasts.
• You confidently present prizes on TV and provide professional support to our winners.
• Furthermore, you contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the further development of the area.

Your profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your experience.
• You already have professional experience in marketing, purchasing, product management or a comparable position.
• Organizational talent and negotiation skills will help you to manage several topics in a structured way at the same time.
• You are characterized by initiative, creativity and a solution-oriented approach to work.
• You work confidently with the common MS Office applications and move naturally in digital media.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly and service-oriented demeanor complete your profile.
