Stellenbeschreibung Ein Job mit Wirkung: Als Führungskraft der Abteilung Projekteinkauf Pipelinebau steuerst du die Beschaffung von Leistungen und Materialien für unsere (Schlüssel-)Projekte im Leitungsbau – und arbeitest damit an der Transformation unserer Infrastruktur von Erdgas zu Wasserstoff und CO2. Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Project Procurement Manager (m/w/d) und Facheinkäufer (m/w/d) für Pipeline Material, Engineering sowie Bau- & Montageleistungen. Verantwortung übernehmen: Du kennst die relevanten Märkte und Lieferanten, bewertest Chancen & Risiken vorausschauend, entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team passgenaue Vergabe-Strategien und setzt diese in geeigneten Vertragsmodellen für OGE um. Du tägst Verantwortung für kostengünstige, pünktliche und qualitativ passende Lieferungen & Leistungen. In deiner Schlüsselrolle berätst du die Bereichs- und Geschäftsleitung und sind fester Bestandteil des OGE-Projektkomitees. Nachhaltig verändern: Du sorgst dafür, dass die Lieferkette von OGE nachhaltiger wird, in dem du in deinen relevanten Warengruppen den CO2-Footprint (Scope 3) systematisch senkst und Lieferanten entlang unserer ESG-Ziele entwickelst. Du identifizierst innovative neue Produkte, Leistungen & Lieferanten am Markt und erschließt diese für OGE. Entwicklung vorantreiben: In deiner Rolle hinterfragst du Methoden und Prozesse kritisch, challengest Projektteams, gibst konstruktive Impulse und sorgst aktiv für eine kontinuierliche Optimierung der OGE-Standards. Du lebst eine wertebasierte Führungskultur im Sinne des OGE-Leitbilds und entwickelst dein Team mit Fokus auf strategischen Mehrwert für OGE. Sprachrohr: Du vertrittst die Interessen der OGE gegenüber Lieferanten und pflegen & entwickelst stabile, langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen. Qualifikationen Beste Voraussetzungen: Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Du verfügst über mindestens zehn Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf von Großprojekten und/oder in der Leitung solcher Projekte sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung in entsprechender Linien-Funktion.
