LANDPACK IS HIRING DEDICATED SHIFT LEADERS FOR PRODUCTION (FULL-TIME).

We are a fast-growing German tech startup and offer you a permanent position in a family-like, international team!
What you can expect:
As a shift leader at Landpack, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of your shift. You’ll actively participate in the work and lead a small team of 1-3 colleagues.

• Responsibility for shift operations: You make sure that everything runs smoothly.
• Team leadership: You guide, motivate, and support your team.
• Organization: You assign workstations and monitor quality and performance.
• Active participation: You operate machinery, control production, and assist with order picking.
• Working hours: Your shifts are fixed (6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 1:30 PM–10:00 PM) or change weekly. You work Monday to Friday – no weekends!
