Dazu kommen (mit dir) 8 Sales Manager*innen, die den Wohnungseigentümer*innen unsere Plattform zeigen, ihnen bei der Auswahl des passenden Angebotes helfen und sie bis zum Verkaufsabschluss begleiten. Außerdem haben wir zwei Team Leads, die für die Entwicklung der beiden Teams zuständig sind. Du fragst dich, wie sich die Atmosphäre in unserem Sales Team beschreiben lässt? Unsere Head of Sales für Rental Management Diana hat es sehr treffend zusammengefasst: „Sales bei Matera ist einfach einzigartig. Hier lernst du das Unternehmen, die verschiedenen Teams, unser Produkt, unsere Prozesse und natürlich unseren Ansatz im Sales bei Matera kennen. Dein Teamleiter Marcus und deine Teamkolleg*innen zeigen dir, wie sie die Interessent*innen erfolgreich bis zum Vertragsabschluss führen. Im Anschluss helfen sie dir dabei, deinen eigenen, authentischen Weg zu finden, um die potenziellen Kund*innen von Matera zu begeistern. Nach 3 Wochen ist die intensivste Phase des Onboardings vorbei. Dennoch wirst du nicht alleine gelassen, sondern lernst durch den regelmäßigen Austausch mit dem Team immer weiter. 📚 Dazu gehören folgende Formate: wöchentliche 1:1s mit deinem Team Lead Marcus wöchentliche Meetings mit deinem Team, um Ergebnisse zu feiern und neue Ziele zu setzen regelmäßige gemeinsame Fragerunden mit unseren erfahrensten Sales Manager*innen regelmäßige Coachings zu Rhetorik, Gesprächsführung und Organisation zusätzliches Mentoring durch unsere erfahrenen französischen Sales Manager*innen. Unter anderem sind Camille und Diana hier fleißig involviert. Auch außerhalb dieser Formate hilft das Team sich natürlich jederzeit gegenseitig. So entstehen bei kleineren Fragen im Büro oder online häufig auch kurze Diskussionen und produktive Erfahrungsaustausche zwischen den Gesprächen mit potenziellen Kund*innen. Nach ca. 6-12 Monaten gibt es zusätzlich die Option neben deinen täglichen Aufgaben als Sales Manager*in auch weitere kleine Projekte zu übernehmen und dabei mit deinem Team gemeinsam die Bereiche Sales und Marketing bei Matera immer weiterzuentwickeln. Deine langfristige Perspektive: Als schnell wachsendes Start-up bieten wir dir gerne auch langfristig spannende Perspektiven. In Frankreich sind wir schon 200 Mitarbeiter*innen, während wir in Deutschland aktuell 80 sind. In Deutschland haben wir bisher 3 Angebote von einem Produkt, während wir in Frankreich schon 3 verschiedene Produkte mit mehreren Angeboten erfolgreich etabliert haben.
