Depending on community and team requirements, the position may include first on-call support. Primary Health Care services include: health assessment, health promotion and education, disease and injury prevention and assessment, treatment interventions; collaboration with, and referral to, other health care providers; participation in Lean, patient safety, community development, clinical practice redesign, quality improvement, and evaluation.
