There are three (3) Casual on-call positions available.
Target hiring range for this position is $29.97 per hour, with a maximum of $39.23 per hour.
This position requires a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $29.97 to $34.60 with a maximum of $39.23.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.

POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director of Care, The LPN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. The LPN provides support and direction to the Health Care Aides. The LPN is an active member of the interdisciplinary team and is accountable for providing safe and competent nursing care within the scope of LPN practice. All activities carried out by the LPN are consistent with The Salvation Army’s mission and values as well as policies, procedures and protocols of SSSR and Grace Manor respectively.
The LPN working at Grace Manor must demonstrate knowledge and familiar with care of mental health and geriatric clients.
