We want our clinicians to take the time needed to address the patient's needs and concerns. This position will be two fold; provide direct oversight to Nurse Practitioners in their market, and perform clinical care.     The Nurse Practitioner Lead will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of all medical care provided and quality of services in their respective markets. He/She is responsible for promoting high standards of practice that could include but not limited to development of policies, protocols, practice guidelines, training, Clinician experience, patient experience, and by participating in rigorous performance improvement monitoring of Clinicians. Your responsibilities will include:   * Serve as the NP Lead  for a team of clinicians.
