We are seeking a well qualified Room Leader who has the experience and passion to lead in working with our Babies Room (Under 2s)
You will be responsible for working as part of the leadership team to develop curriculum and activities and ensure high standards of care and education each day. As a mentor to colleagues in your room, you will drive positive energy and uphold good values for our little learners to benefit from. We have a modern air conditioned baby facility with a dedicated sleep room and meals prepared by our nursery chef.
We are looking for someone to work full time (38-42.5 hours per week) and start anytime from August/September/October 2025 at our setting in Havant, Hampshire.
For those interested, we can optionally sponsor a Level 4/5/6 Funded course in Early Years Lead Practitioner training alongside your role, and there is an uplift available for colleagues holding qualifications above Level 3.

The role is available for minimum 38 hours per week as to be agreed with the candidate at interview. Our opening hours are between the hours of 7:30am and 6pm.
