• Lead & Inspire: Plan and lead fun, educational activities that promote the development of each child in your room, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Team Leadership: As a Deputy Manager, you’ll support the nursery manager in overseeing operations, while also guiding and mentoring your team to ensure high-quality care and learning for all children.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members to create a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment.
• Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of children’s development, conducting observations and assessments that reflect their learning journey.
• Create a Safe & Inviting Space: Ensure your room is safe, clean, and welcoming, making the most of resources to create an engaging environment for the children.
• Model Exceptional Leadership: As both a Deputy Manager and Room Leader, you’ll lead by example, motivating and guiding your team to deliver their best while maintaining a happy, positive atmosphere in the nursery.
