Watermead Day Nursery and Preschool is housed in two beautiful converted building in a residential area of Nanpantan, Loughborough. Our cosy nursery is full of charm and character and much loved by local families seeking that personal home-from-home environment. Our caring and passionate team look after children aged 12 weeks up to the age of 5.
The nursery has large garden spaces, we operate a Forest School all year round and have a drive-in car park for safe and convenient drop-offs and pick-ups. Many of our parents come from the immediate neighbourhood but our position makes us a fantastic choice for commuters with an extensive network of public transport options and within easy reach of the M1 motorway.
To supervise our children over the lunchtime period, supporting the team with the daily routine.

We’re looking for Practitioners with:
Preferred qualification - Level 3 in Childcare, Degree in Early Years, experience of caring for young children and a genuine caring commitment to supporting children is required

Job Type: Lunch cover (11.30am-2.30pm)

• Supervise children during lunch periods to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
• Assist children with any needs during lunchtime, including food service and seating arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding the care and needs of the children.
• Report any incidents or concerns to senior staff promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure proper disposal of waste.
