Collects and enters patient outcomes and monitoring information into the LSI system. Monitors patients during exercise, including heart rhythms, signs, and symptoms. Assesses and responds appropriately to abnormal patient reactions to activity. Provides education to patients on heart healthy living and lifestyle changes. Collaborates with physicians by preparing treatment plans and making appropriate care recommendations. Qualifications Education: Diploma from an RN program. License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
