JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. REQUIREMENTS

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent training is required.
• Experience in long-term care, home care, or hospice care is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical records management and patient service protocols.
• Ability to perform basic nursing tasks under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient health information in medical records.
• Provide catheter care and assist with medication administration as directed by nursing staff.
• Support patients in hospice care or long-term care settings by providing emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of patient services.
