POSITIONS SUMMARY:

Performs receptionist and related administrative duties for the facility and as assigned by the Business Office Manager. Performs role as liaison to visitors, families, vendors and other external constituents.

Operates switchboard and paging system.
Maintains current reference of resident by name and room number, list of emergency phone numbers, list of department extensions with names of key personnel and their extension number.
Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
