Job Title: Director of Nursing and Clinical Services

FLSA Status: Full Time Exempt
Salary: $105,000 - $140,000
TCA Benefits: 401K Retirement Savings Plan and up to a 4% match; Medical Insurance- employer pays 85% of single HMO rate. Dental and Vision Insurance- employer pays 100% of single HMO rate. Employer-Paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance. Employer- Paid Long-Term Disability. Nine (9) paid holidays per year. Twenty-one (21) days of paid time off.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overall coordination of quality management, care coordination and various other clinical operations; administration of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives and Emergency Preparedness programs; coordination, development and evaluation of all outcome activities including but not limited to: Quality Improvement, Survey Readiness, Patient Safety, and HIPPA & Infection Control. The Director of Clinical Services will drive continuous improvement and a culture of quality throughout the organization and play a central role in the clinic’s goal to achieve and maintain Patient Centered Medical Home Standards and recognition.
