We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to sell to brand-side decision-makers — marketers, business development leaders, and executives, including CMOs and CEOs — at companies looking to build a meaningful presence and reach in the youth and amateur sports space. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sale. You're not pitching ad placements — you're helping brands discover why youth and amateur sports are one of the most engaged, underutilized marketing channels available today, and then building the partnership that gets them in front of that audience. You'll own the full cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. What You'll Do Prospect and close new brand partnerships. Identify and pursue companies whose growth strategy aligns with reaching families in youth sports — from national consumer brands to regional businesses with deep community roots.
