Description Territory Sales Specialist Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Specialist will prioritize sales efforts with both end user and distributors customers to drive positive sales growth within the assigned territory. You will oversee and provide product familiarization and education to end user safety professionals and distributors across all Ergodyne product categories to ensure positive user experience. As the primary sales representative for the region, you will lead and participate in multi-functional team efforts while understanding and effectively communicating all portions of the business. Travel to prospective client sites (end users and distributors) required 65% of the time. Discover and relay competitive intelligence to the Product Management Team. Candidates must have a high school diploma and excellent communication skills. They should also pass the RBT Certification Exam within 60 days of hire and maintain required training.
