Job Description:

We’re in search of talented and enthusiastic VIC Event and Photography Operators to join our vibrant team in Melbourne. As a Casual Operator at Polite Playground, you’ll be at the heart of delivering our extraordinary event experiences. Your role involves managing and operating a range of our innovative Photo Booth products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating seamlessly with our event team to set up and manage our top-notch photo booth equipment.
• Providing professional and courteous guidance to clients and event attendees.
• Ensuring events run smoothly by sticking to schedules and ensuring seamless photo booth operations.
• Capturing high-quality photos and videos that not only document but also elevate our work.
• Stepping in as the go-to troubleshooter when equipment goes awry

Requirements:

Polite Playground thrives on team members who bring a friendly, adaptable, and can-do attitude to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to keep the good vibes flowing.
• Self-driven and adaptable, with a knack for taking initiative.
• Exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail to keep events on track.
• Willingness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced event environment.
• While prior experience in photography and videography is a plus, it’s not a must.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
• Someone who shares our passion for creating moments that leave a lasting impression.
