Tu collabores étroitement avec les Product Owners, Product Managers et les équipes métiers pour accompagner la transformation digitale. Tes missions : En tant que Business Analyst, ton rôle est de comprendre et analyser les besoins métiers afin de proposer des solutions adaptées, tout en étant l’interface entre les équipes techniques et métier. Tu recueilles et tu analyses les besoins des différentes parties prenantes (clients, utilisateurs, équipes internes). Tu assistes le métier dans la définition des priorités. Tu collabores avec les architectes et toutes les équipes nécessaires afin de concevoir des solutions adaptées. Tu rédiges les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées, tu documentes de manière claire et complète les exigences et tu élabores des diagrammes permettant de représenter visuellement les processus et les flux de données. Tu collabores avec les développeurs et tu t’assures que les exigences fonctionnelles sont bien comprises. Tu réalises la recette fonctionnelle en élaborant la stratégie de recette, en réalisant les tests et en suivant les corrections d’anomalies. Tu es le garant de la qualité des livrables. Tu suis les MEP, tu assures un support post-implémentation, tu gères les corrections des bugs et les maintenances de l’application. Tu accompagnes et formes les utilisateurs et les différentes équipes métiers. Tu rédiges des guides utilisateurs. Tu participes à la planification et au suivi du projet en assurant la coordination entre les équipes techniques et métiers, et en effectuant une gestion des risques. Qualifications De formation supérieure (BAC+5), tu possèdes une expérience avérée en tant que Business Analyst. Tu as une excellente capacité à communiquer et tu adaptes naturellement ton discours en fonction de ton public (développeurs, architectes, équipes métiers, designers…).
