Job description The team: The Hitachi Digital (HD) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Accounts Payable team provides post-procurement services supporting Digital Infrastructure (DI), Digital Services (DS), and GlobalLogic businesses. The team is responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and is globally distributed across multiple locations. Currently comprising approximately 70 professionals, the team is led by the Service Delivery Senior Director based in Poland. Our scope covers all key AP processes, including (but not limited to) vendor master and vendor relationship management, invoice processing, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, onsite travel expenses, process harmonization and standardization, month-end close activities, and audit support. The Role: This role supports Accounts Payable operations by ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor management, employee reimbursements. The role will support audit requirements and month end closing activities while ensuring adherence to company policies. The role reports to the AP Manager.
