Requirements Facilitator Essential Job Functions Include: Ability to adapt to various school environments while effectively balancing the diverse needs of students, staff, and curriculum. Facilitator will work with 50-80 youth a week, up to 14 youth in a group at a time Creating, preparing for, and facilitating daily hands-on and intentional activities within our Core Essential Services (Healthy Living, Academic Enrichment and Support, and Life Skills) - Content areas can include: art, STEM, literacy, movement, financial literacy, social emotional learning, girls and women in history, etc. Ensuring girls safety, both physically and emotionally, though active supervision while they participate in structured program activities Being a mentor and leader setting a positive example and role model for the girls Abide and adhere to the safety requirements and procedures of our operations Keeping accurate records of attendance Evaluating programs for effectiveness of intended outcomes Participating in staff trainings, meetings, and events Maintaining organization and cleanliness of programming areas, resources, and supplies Creating a pro-girl environment Interacting with families in a positive and welcoming way *Job Functions above are only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
