- Público Objetivo: Este proceso está dirigido a: *Servidores/as de EPM de todas las dependencias. *Servidores de EPM que ocupen cargos de facilitador/facilitadora de soluciones, siempre y cuando, cumplan los requisitos del cargo. *Servidores y ex servidores de EPM del programa de inclusión laboral. - Licencias requeridas: - El desempeño de las funciones requiere tener licencia de conducción de moto vigente, registrada en el RUNT, con categoría A1. - El desempeño de las funciones requiere tener licencia de conducción de vehículo vigente, registrada en el RUNT, con categoría B1 / C1. Este cargo requiere conducir vehículo, al momento de la inscripción el candidato no puede registrar multas pendientes por pago, ni tener sanción que pese sobre la licencia de conducción (artículo 124 ley 769), información que se verificará en las entidades gubernamentales correspondientes; si el candidato presenta una o ambas condiciones no podrá continuar en este proceso de selección. - Certificaciones requeridas: Normas de competencia laboral vigente relacionadas con el vehículo que conduzca. - Para dar cumplimiento a la ley 1503 de 2011 y Ley 336 de 1996 sobre seguridad vial, EPM solicita la Certificación en la Competencia Laboral de Conducción para todas las personas que deben conducir, en el cargo que vaya a desempeñar. Esta certificación es diferente a la licencia de conducción y es expedida por instituciones autorizadas. *Si actualmente no cuentas con dicha certificación puedes inscribirte en este proceso. En caso de ser la persona con mayor ajuste al perfil, tendrás un máximo de cinco (5) días hábiles para entregar la certificación requerida, los cuales serán contados a partir de la fecha de notificación donde se te informa que eres la persona que continúa con las siguientes actividades del proceso. Tener en cuenta que esta certificación genera algunos costos, los cuales deberán ser asumidos por el participante. - Matrículas requeridas: - Tarjeta y/o Matrícula Profesional. - Se requiere valorar la aptitud psicofísica para desempeñar actividades de trabajo en alturas. Para desempeñar este cargo en EPM, se requiere la certificación de trabajo seguro en alturas, de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente. Si actualmente no cuentas con dicha certificación puedes inscribirte en este proceso, y si eres la persona que obtiene mayor ajuste al perfil del cargo, estarás sujeto a los exámenes de ingreso en los cuales se valorarán las condiciones físicas y psicológicas que se requieren para el desempeño de funciones que implican trabajo en alturas. - Conocimientos requeridos: Herramientas informáticas básicas. - Normas y especificaciones asociadas al proceso. - Reglamento técnico del sector de agua potable y saneamiento básico (RAS). - Sistema de gestión de calidad y aseguramiento de calidad.
