Description du poste Dans le cadre du projet EPR2 de Gravelines, nous renforçons nos équipes et recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) d’Affaires Logistique Chantier & Logistique Industrielle afin d’assurer la coordination et le pilotage des moyens logistiques nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du chantier. Ce poste couvre à la fois la logistique de base vie (bureaux, installations temporaires, services généraux…) et la logistique industrielle à dominante bâtimentaire (gestion des infrastructures, locaux techniques, zones de stockage, organisation des espaces et accès). Vous évoluerez dans un environnement exigeant, structuré, et soumis à des contraintes fortes en termes de sécurité, qualité et réglementation nucléaire. Vos missions Rattaché(e) au chef de projet, vous pilotez des affaires liées à la mise en place, au suivi et à l’optimisation des infrastructures logistiques du chantier. Logistique base vie / installations chantier Définir les besoins en infrastructures temporaires : bases vie, bureaux, sanitaires, vestiaires, réfectoires, zones d’accueil Piloter l’installation et le suivi des bâtiments modulaires / préfabriqués Assurer la coordination des prestataires (maintenance, nettoyage, sécurité, accès, mobilier, etc.) Organiser l’implantation des zones fonctionnelles en lien avec le Plan d’Installation de Chantier (PIC) Garantir la disponibilité et la conformité des installations pour les équipes chantier Logistique industrielle / bâtimentaire Assurer la gestion et l’organisation des infrastructures nécessaires à l’activité industrielle du chantier (zones de stockage, ateliers, locaux techniques, plateformes, zones de livraison…) Participer à l’aménagement et à l’optimisation des surfaces et circulations sur site Suivre les travaux liés aux bâtiments et infrastructures logistiques (petits travaux, maintenance, adaptations) Coordonner les intervenants et suivre l’avancement des actions sur planning Suivre les dossiers techniques et documentaires (plans, DOE, conformité, levées de réserves) Pilotage global des affaires Assurer le suivi planning / budget / qualité / sécurité Participer aux réunions de coordination et réunions client Réaliser le reporting et le suivi administratif des affaires Veiller au respect des exigences HSE et des règles de site nucléaire Être force de proposition sur l’amélioration de l’organisation et des solutions logistiques Pourquoi rejoindre la communauté des Switchers ?
