Description Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a versatile, proactive Web Specialist & UX Developer to own our WordPress websites. This hybrid role is perfect for a creative technologist: strong on the technical side (WordPress, performance, security) but equally passionate about aesthetics, user flow, and making sites feel intuitive and engaging. You won’t just maintain – you will actively shape our digital presence and be a key creative voice. What you will do: Oversee health, security, and performance of multiple WordPress sites (updates, backups, plugins). Build and update pages, landing pages, and custom features using Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, plus basic CSS/HTML. Review current site flows and proactively recommend/implement UX/UI improvements (navigation, CTAs, visual hierarchy). Translate brand guidelines into clean, compelling digital layouts and give creative direction on what looks and works best. Use data and analytics to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and lead generation. Serve as first responder for troubleshooting (bugs, broken links, display issues, performance).
