You'll primarily focus on digital performance channels, but you're also the type of marketer who’s ready to jump in where it moves the needle — whether that’s supporting OOH pilots, direct mail tests, or in-market events that drive demand and education. Who You Are Experienced growth marketer with 5+ years driving performance across search, paid social, and ideally CTV. Location: Remote Expected Salary Range: In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is $140,000 - $180,000, depending on location. In addition to base salary, Quilt also offers meaningful equity and top-tier benefits.
