Professional HR Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP a plus. Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office/Teams. Paylocity experience a plus. High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Demonstrated experience in change management, being comfortable with ambiguity and helping others work through change is highly preferred. Must have ability to break down complex processes/systems/requirements into understandable terms and explain the “why’s” behind standards or decisions. Must have excellent customer service and effective conflict resolution or problem-solving skills. Must be able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
