Your responsibilities will include greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining patient records. You will assist with pre- and post-surgery patient care by offering guidance, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience throughout their visit.
