This position involves hands-on technical work, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards to ensure smooth deployment and shipment of hardware.   Responsibilities: * Prepare and stage equipment for processing, including boxing/unboxing and shifting racks. * Perform physical audits of equipment and accessories to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Label products and cables, and apply asset tags for proper identification. * Configure and integrate hardware components into network devices according to customer specifications. * Install, upgrade, and test various equipment such as routers, switches, servers, wireless, voice, and video systems. * Execute functional hardware tests and troubleshoot errors when required. * Handle cabling, crating preparation, and other shipment-related tasks. * Capture logs and documentation for quality checks and compliance. * Other ad hoc duties as assigned   Requirements: * Minimum Diploma/ITE certification holder * Ability to use a handheld computer * Physically fit, ability to lift 20 to 25 kg * Good communication skills * Familiar with basic Excel * Able to work on different WMS systems * Experience in Lab and Warehouse environment preferred
