Elke Area bestaat uit meerdere afdelingen (secties). Eén van deze secties is Dry-etch welke valt onder Area 2, en hier hebben wij vacatures beschikbaar. Binnen deze secties werken operators in 5 ploegendienst. Daarnaast werken technicians in respectievelijk 5 ploegendienst en 2 ploegendienst, en verder werken in deze sectie engineers in dagdienst. Operators, technicians en engineers zijn allen werkzaam in de cleanroom van ICN8, en werken intensief met elkaar samen. De 5 ploegen technicians staan opgesteld voor het oplossen van verstoringen aan elektrische en mechanische componenten van de systemen in de toegewezen sectie. Daarnaast moet je in staat zijn om tegelijkertijd proces en machine gerelateerde verstoringen op te lossen. Ook preventief onderhoud valt onder je takenpakket. De uitvoering van de werkzaamheden zullen waar mogelijk volgens procedures, flow diagrammen of checklijsten worden uitgevoerd met als doel een hoge beschikbaarheid van apparatuur. Je zult worden opgeleid in de 2 ploegendienst door de meest ervaren technicians en engineers. Deze opleiding zal starten met het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud, en vervolgens krijg je training in het kunnen oplossen van elektrische of mechanische storingen op de systemen. De opleiding zal ongeveer 1 ½ tot 2 jaar duren.
