Completes documentation to assure an accurate record of patient’s care. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or IA Board of Nursing approved nursing program. License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa Experience: Minimum of 12 months acute RN experience.
