ABOUT US

Clearwater Pool Care is a mobile Gold Coast swimming pool service business that provides pool servicing and pool equipment sales, repairs, installation of pumps, filters, chlorinators and automatic pool cleaners. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and friendly customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to work with hazardous chemicals safely and follow proper handling protocols.
  • Physical ability to lift equipment, perform manual labour, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn new skills & follow instruction when needed.
  • Prior experience as a pool service technician or similar role is a plus, but not required—training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on proactive maintenance and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Drive to various customer locations to service swimming pools and spas for both residential and commercial customers.
  • Test and balance pool water chemistry, adjusting pH levels by adding chlorine, acid, and other necessary chemicals.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as brushing pool walls, vacuuming, cleaning filters, and skimming debris.
  • Inspect pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and other components, to ensure proper operation and identify any maintenance needs or repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pool-related issues to maintain equipment functionality and water quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes including condition of pool and surrounds, maintenance tasks performed, chemicals used, and condition of equipment.
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, answering any questions they may have about their pool or equipment.
  • Organise and maintain stock as required in work vehicle.

    Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
