Essential Responsibilities Patient Care: Interview patients and record vital signs (e.g., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height) in patient charts. Clinical Support: Clean and sterilize instruments, restock medical supplies, and inventory/order necessary materials. Assist with lab specimen collection according to lab standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete medical histories, family and social histories, and medication records in the EMR system. Verify patient demographics and other data for accuracy. Quality Assurance: Coordinate with providers to ensure all organizational quality standards are consistently met. Maintain Basic Life Support and CPR certification per Red Cross or American Heart Association guidelines.
