Job Description Job Title: Underwriting Team Lead Department: Operations Reports To: VP of Operations/VP of Underwriting FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Management: No Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000/yr PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Underwriting Team Lead will work with our Retail and Wholesale team to ensure mortgage loan applications meet program/product specification. Oversight includes a team of 10+ Underwriter, including Junior and Senior positions.
