Votre périmètre couvrira l’ensemble du cycle de vie des cartes : de la commande et de la gestion des visuels (portail/API) jusqu’à la gestion des données et la facturation. Vos principales missions : Agir comme interface entre les métiers, les parties prenantes régionales et les équipes techniques afin de recueillir les besoins et les transformer en solutions concrètes. Participer aux ateliers UX pour résoudre des problématiques réelles par des solutions simples et efficaces. Définir l’interaction des applications sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie des cartes. Traduire les besoins en exigences claires pour le Product Owner. Contribuer à la rédaction et la revue des User Stories et Epics.
