Description Position Summary The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the daily operational oversight of assigned residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with MaineCare (HCBS) regulations, licensing standards, CRMA requirements, and agency policies. The Residential Coordinator supports and supervises direct care staff, promotes a culture of accountability, and ensures that services are delivered safely, ethically, and in accordance with individualized support plans.
