Set appropriate sourcing strategy for immediate and future candidate pools. Accountable for the overall candidate and hiring manager experience from first point of contact through onboarding. Manage applicant flow within ATS; source, screen resumes/candidates, coordinate interviews (may include travel, hotel accommodations), prepare candidates for interviews, by providing logistical information, interview schedule, and other information as needed. Interview and facilitate/participate in selection decision process, verify references, prepare offers, and issue offer letters. Create and maintain tracking of requisitions, open position reports, and assist with understanding of influencers to retention, shifts in the recruiting marketplace, etc. Knowledge of and experience with multiple recruitment tools to build strong candidate pools including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and networking. Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals and appropriately vet same. Develop relationships with local Universities for entry-level and intern candidates; initiate, organize and participate in sponsored job/career fairs and on-campus events as applicable. Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased, compliant with EEOC regulations, company recruitment policies, and on-boarding processes. Will also facilitate interviewing and hiring best practices, policies and laws. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
