JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Spanish Speaking Support Worker at Guardian Care Community Innovation, you will provide a reliable and client-centric service to maintain and enhance the physical and social wellbeing of our clients. We aim to help our clients develop and maintain skills to feel they are active and able members of the community. Our services include personal care, community access, home care, capacity building, and respite for their carers. Part-time contracts are available for a minimum of 20 to 38 hours per week, with paid annual leave, sick pay, and superannuation benefits.

As a Female Spanish Speaking Support Worker, your tasks will include tending to the needs of the clients and their requests. This may include cleaning, cooking for the clients, taking them out for daily activities, showering the clients, dressing them, assisting them with medication if needed, and providing general care.
