We have owned the Millstream Hotel in Bosham for over 40 years and we would love you to join us to run our unique coffee shop; Pop-in, which is located opposite Bosham Walk, craft centre in Bosham.
The Millstream Hotel has been continually expanding since 1976, and Pop-in opened its’ door in February 2019. We would like you to help us continue to grow!
The Millstream Hotel is a traditional British retreat set within our own private garden but only a stone’s throw away from the beautiful quayside in Bosham, near where our Pop-in coffee shop is located. We also own and manage the Shoreside Cafe on the waters edge so you will have interaction with their team too.

You will run the day to day operation of our Pop-in coffee shop, ensuring guest satisfaction with fantastic customer care. This is a great chance for someone who loves responsibility.
It is an unique opportunity as you will be running the coffee shop alone, with support from the Head Chef and his team at the Millstream.
All of our amazing food; pasties, sausage rolls and most cakes are prepared in the Millstream kitchen. You will be responsible for making toasted sandwiches and using a Merry Chef to prepare other hot food. You will be barista trained.
Pop-in also sells a range of chutneys, jams, dried goods and local chocolate! It is certainly a hub of the local community as well as visitors to Bosham.
Our customers are most important to us so you will help us give them a memorable experience with enthusiasm and flair and have sound knowledge of our food and drink in a truly beautiful location!
You’ll set up the cafe each morning, make sure everything looks attractive, clean and tidy, give fabulous customer service and serve our delicious food and drink in a friendly manner.
You will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves, work hard and give every customer a truly memorable time. The coffee shop can get very busy, so you will need to have your wits about you!
