Position Title: Intern   Position Summary The intern will be assigned to support a functional area within Modigent. The intern will have the opportunity to explore many aspects of the business and develop their professional skills in a working environment.   This position typically will be for a 12-week period and will work under the direct supervision of a department manager or designee. The position is responsible for expanding experiences and knowledge of practices and procedures as they relate to assigned area.    Essential Functions * Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor.  * Performing clerical/administrative/support duties as assigned. * Job shadowing within the department. * Expands and develops knowledge with exposure to a variety of roles related to area of study.  * Participates in work teams, contributes to projects and initiatives, and performs various tasks as needed by the assigned unit/department.  * Learning technical skills related to the industry.  * Contribute ideas and solutions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities shown during the internship.    Note: The essential functions are intended to describe the general content of and requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties.
