Responsible for:   The BOS Associate I is a back-office role capacity with complex data entry/processing duties, reporting, reconciliation, analysis and delegated tasks to support the BOS team in the execution of business goals and objectives Extent of Authority:   * Perform standard to complex data processing and back-office duties, reporting, reconciliation and analysis according to procedures set per job or task Main Activities:   * Perform back-office duties while managing delegated tasks efficiently * Meet the required job target, accuracy, turnaround time and quality standards of BOS jobs * Prepare and send job status, forecast, performance, timesheet and other related reports  * Communicate, acknowledge and respond to updates, queries or escalations in a timely or urgent manner    * Support the team in ensuring a service-oriented and professional working environment *  Escalate technical, operational and administrative issues and concerns to the line manager  * Act as a reliever for other functions during peak volumes or in the absence of the Co-Associate * Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned  * Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in your designated work area.  * Ensure you do not discriminate against, harass or bully co-workers, prospective co-workers, FUJIFILM Data Management Solutions Pty Limited (FUJIFILM DMS) sub-contractors, visitors, clients or customers and ensure you treat people with fairness and respect in the performance of your duties. * Ensure all FUJIFILM DMS policies, including Business Management System and Security policies and procedures are adhered to. * Ensure Work Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to. * Ensure that you, and employees within your area of responsibility, take care at all times to work in a safe manner and report workplace hazards.
