Job Description What You’ll Do Own & Evolve Our Adaptive Planning Environment Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. Manage metadata, hierarchies, structural changes, and version control with an emphasis on data accuracy and system reliability. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline planning processes, expand modeling capabilities, and improve the end‑user experience. Strengthen Key Financial Integrations Partner with our Financial Systems team to optimize integrations with Workday Financials, UKG (workforce management/payroll), and ADS (AIR data store). Ensure smooth, timely, and accurate data flows across platforms and troubleshoot issues in partnership with IT, HR, and Finance. Support system upgrades, test new functionality, and help ensure seamless operations across our connected systems. Empower & Support System Users Act as a trusted advisor for Finance and cross‑functional partners, helping users build or refine reports using Adaptive and OfficeConnect. Create clear documentation, training resources, and best‑practice guidance that help teams get the most out of the system. Lead user training sessions, support onboarding for new team members, and respond to ad‑hoc reporting and system questions. Qualifications What You Bring 5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A technology, or a similar discipline. Hands‑on expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning (model building, configuration, or reporting experience strongly preferred). Comfort working with integrated ecosystems — including Workday Financials, UKG, and/or enterprise data warehouses. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into thoughtful, scalable system solutions.
