The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our dynamic team within the Gastroenterology Unit. As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Gastroenterology unit. Working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you will have the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to best practices
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs
• manage and allocate resources efficiently to maintain optimal unit operations
• foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting teamwork, professional development and continuous improvement
• participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the unit

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
