Als Senior Project Manager ben je bij de regio Noordoost verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van omvangrijke en complexe projecten, of specifieke delen daarvan. Deze projecten vinden plaats binnen dynamische organisaties waar vaak nieuwe technologieën worden geïntroduceerd. Je zorgt voor het definiëren van oplossingen, toepassingen of processen die resulteren in de acceptatie van de projectresultaten door de klant. Hierbij rapporteer je direct en indirect aan verschillende stakeholders. In jouw rol ben je dé trusted advisor voor de klant. Naast het aansturen van je eigen team, geef je (afhankelijk van de projectgrootte) ook leiding aan Project Managers en Project Leads binnen jouw projectscope. Daarbij coach je je collega’s op inhoudelijk niveau. Werk je aan een Resultaat Verplichte Opdracht (RVO) binnen Sogeti, dan ben je ook betrokken bij het verwerven van nieuwe opdrachten, zoals in Request for Proposals (RFP). De vestiging in Groningen biedt diverse specialisaties in Project Management, waaronder Agile, Cloud, Infrastructuur en Security.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een projectmanagersrol.
  • Een bewezen trackrecord met ten minste 3 afgeronde projecten op je CV.
  • Meerdere certificeringen op het gebied van projectmanagement en/of Agile, zoals IPMA, Prince2 en/of Scrum Master.
  • Bij specialisaties (zoals Cloud, Data, Infrastructuur of Security) heb je de juiste opleidingen gevolgd.
  • Sterke communicatieve skills op het gebied van overtuigingskracht en samenwerking.
