In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-impact marketing and retail display projects for global clients, ensuring seamless coordination between design, production, and logistics teams. Accountabilities: Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from client brief intake to design, sourcing, production, and delivery. Collaborate with internal design teams to ensure creative direction aligns with client expectations and brand standards. Source and coordinate with international factories and vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and milestone tracking. Provide regular updates to clients, address issues proactively, and present solutions. Ensure quality control throughout prototyping, production, and final delivery stages. Monitor project profitability and contribute to meeting revenue and contract targets. Identify opportunities for innovation in materials, techniques, and creative approaches. 3–5 years of experience in project management, production management, or design/retail display development. Excellent English communication skills; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
