Boeing Global Services is seeking a highly skilled Digital Enablement Project Manager to join our Digital Services team within the BGS Cabin, Modification, and Maintenance organization. As a Digital Enablement Project Manager, you will serve as a key individual contributor, collaborating closely with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams. You will navigate multiple workstreams, foster strong relationships, and ensure that critical business outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and excellence. Your expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices will be essential in managing all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation through execution to closeout.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in schedule and process management, with a strong understanding of program planning execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical baseline requirements.
• At least 1 year of experience leading integrated project teams.
• At least 1 year of experience leading through influence and collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Exceptional organizational skills with detailed scheduling capabilities.
• Proven ability to respond effectively to complex, ambiguous situations with sound judgment and agility.
• Experience working in aerospace, defense, or related industries is a plus.
